All marketplace products sold through Mytopia are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Policy
All marketplace products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.  Depending on the nature of the damage or fault, Mytopia may provide missing parts (if applicable and subject to supplier availability), suggest self-repair methods (if applicable), replace the product (if applicable and subject to supplier availability), offer an alternative product, or provide a partial or full credit voucher or refund. There may be some situations that result in a reduced refund. In the case of a minor failure, the Mytopia warranty may cover the fitment of replacement parts or offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction...
12-Month Warranty
In addition to the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, Mytopia provides a 12-month warranty on all supplier products sold through our platform, subject to certain exceptions.
12-Month Warranty Exceptions
The 12-month warranty does not cover accessories, damages due to normal wear and tear, improper assembly or modification, abnormal use or abuse, lack of maintenance or care, or damage to external product packaging.
Evaluation of Warranty Claims
Each warranty claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
