If you would prefer to pick-up your item, we provide a pick-up service from our Sydney warehouse at Seven Hills. To make this process as smooth as possible, please note these essentials:

• Payment must be made prior to arrival.
• Courier pick-ups are not permitted due to the average collection time being 15-30 mins.
• Collection is required within 7 days of payment.
• Same day pick up can occur between 9am-3pm Mon-Fri (excl. public holidays) for items in stock at our Seven Hills warehouse.
• Some items may require stock transfer and will be available for pickup within 3-5 business days after completing your order.
• To avoid disappointment, await instructions from our team BEFORE arriving at our Seven Hills warehouse.
